Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Plans, prices, and billing providers

Life Admin offers Free, Personal, and Family plans. Free has no recurring subscription charge. The standard monthly prices advertised for eligible U.S. web purchases are $3.99 for Personal and $8.99 for Family, before applicable taxes. The final price, currency, billing period, trial terms if any, and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase.

Web subscriptions are purchased from Vaishnavii LLC and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions started in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions started in the Android app are billed and managed by Google Play. Your receipt identifies the billing provider responsible for your purchase.

2. Automatic renewal

Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, Personal and Family subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. The applicable billing provider may charge your saved payment method within the timing described at checkout or in its terms. If a payment fails, paid access may be limited or paused after any provider grace period.

We will provide notice of a price change when required. Apple or Google may apply store-specific pricing, currency conversion, or notice rules.

3. How to cancel

Cancel through the same provider used to start the subscription. For a web subscription, use Manage Subscription in Life Admin to open the Stripe billing portal. For an iOS subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings. For an Android subscription, use your Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid features normally remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period unless the provider, applicable law, or an account action states otherwise. Deleting the app, disconnecting a payment method, or deleting a Life Admin account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it with the store as well.

4. Refund requests

Life Admin does not offer a general money-back guarantee. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, subscription charges are nonrefundable, and we do not promise prorated refunds or credits for unused time or a partially used billing period.

For a web subscription processed through Stripe, contact support@ailifeadmin.net. Vaishnavii LLC will review the request in good faith based on the circumstances, the purchase terms, and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed; an approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method when possible.

Apple decides refund requests for App Store purchases, and Google decides refund requests for Google Play purchases under their respective rules. You may need to submit the request directly to the applicable store. Vaishnavii LLC cannot issue a store refund directly or override a store decision, but support can help identify the billing channel and locate relevant subscription details.

5. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate, incorrect, or unfamiliar Life Admin charge, contact support@ailifeadmin.net promptly. Include the email address on the Life Admin account, charge date and amount, billing provider, and the provider receipt or charge identifier. Do not send a password, verification code, full card number, or sensitive document.

We will help investigate charges associated with the account and direct you to Stripe, Apple, or Google when that provider must act. For a charge you believe is unauthorized, also secure the affected store or payment account and contact the payment provider or financial institution without delay.

6. Taxes, currency, and provider adjustments

Prices may exclude sales tax, value-added tax, or similar charges. Stripe, Apple, or Google may calculate and collect taxes based on your location and billing information. Apple and Google may set local prices or currencies, and your financial institution may apply conversion or other fees. These amounts may differ from the advertised U.S. web price and generally are not refundable by Vaishnavii LLC unless required by law.

7. Data access after cancellation

Canceling a paid subscription is not the same as deleting your Life Admin account. After the paid period ends, paid features, automated connections, storage additions, or AI-assisted processing may be limited or stop. Existing account information remains available to view, download, or delete through then-available account controls, subject to account status, service availability, storage limits, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

If you want to remove your account and content, follow the separate account-deletion process. Cancel any Apple or Google subscription separately before deleting the account.
